INTRODUCTION
First, an introduction to our perspective on cruising might be helpful. This was out 7th cruise with prior cruises on (mostly) Royal Caribbean and Holland America. We're in our upper 40's/low 50's (won't say which is which!). We generally eat light and healthy and love to spend time at sea on our balcony.
