This was a 40th wedding anniversary celebration for us and we had a wonderful time! Embarkation was smooth, we were on the ship 1 hour after arrival at the terminal, and iced water was handed out frequently as we stood in the line to check into the ship. We had a balcony stateroom and it was very clean, very comfortable bed and had ample storage space and all the luggage pieces stored neatly under the bed. We loved waking up in the morning and watching the sail into port from our balcony. The food was amazing, there were selections for everyone, even the fussiest eater (my husband!. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The ice show was amazing, do not miss it. We enjoyed the trivia contests and the poolside music, but only went to a couple of the shows, they are not our thing. We enjoyed the mini golf, the table tennis and basketball, the walking/running track and of course the pool and hot tubs. There was a great variety of activities, something for everyone. The staff of RC were wonderful, always a friendly greeting from them. We enjoyed all the ports of call and made the most of every port. We met some wonderful people on the ship, a big hello to Andrea, Lisa, Enid and Holly from Boston, Julie and Ed from Grand Rapids and of course Bev and Peter from Markham. We really enjoyed our time with you.

What I would do differently next time would be to book the later dining, as we found ourselves rushed to make early dinner on port days. Also I would pack less! Most days I only needed a bathing suit and cover up during the day and then something to wear for dinner at night.

Now we are hooked, and planning our next cruise!

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Comfortable, quiet, mid ship location. Some stains on the carpet in our room, but otherwise very clean and great storage space.
