We arrived at Port Canaveral by 11:15 am and were on the ship by noon. Note, we stayed in Orlando for 2 nights and used Elite Transportation to the pier and back to Orlando airport. They were very professional and prompt. Would use them again. We went to the main dining room for lunch and by 2:00 pm our bags were delivered to our stateroom. We found, contrary to other opinions, that the staff was excellent and went out of their way to please. All were friendly and always had a smile.
Our stateroom had sufficient storage and unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the balcony more often. Bathroom needs upgrade. Our room steward was excellent. Always available.
Unfortunately, the weather was not the best. It was quite windy with rocky seas. This limited outdoor activities until St. Thomas. Weather did improve from that port on to St Martin.
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Balcony
Our cabin was more than adequate. Sufficient storage. Bathrooms older style on this ship and could use an update. Balcony was good and it was a quiet location convenient to both fore and aft of ship. We were starboard and faced the piers when docked on this cruise. Would have preferred port side. Overall this cabin worked for us.
