My BF and I have been through a bit of a roller coaster ride with NCL, though I can very comfortably say that every experience has been better than the previous. This cruise in particular blew the others away!

EMBARKATION: An absolute breeze. I give major credit to the New Orleans port, it is well organized, the people are incredibly friendly and you can bottles of water while you wait! We arrived at the port a little early, the porters took our luggage, and by the time we did all the registration stuff we were ready to board. Yay!

SHIP: This ship is beautiful. Like every other NCL cruise I have seen the crew working on it every day to keep it as lovely as it is. I love the size of this ship as well, it was easy to navigate and memorize. Our stateroom was located on Deck 8, so we were centrally located for just about everything, which was quite nice. The only negative I can say about this ship is that the atrium is a bit small. On a normal day this is fine and honestly preferable...the problem came when they did their sales or on Embarkation day when everyone was crammed in there. Also, as with all ships the Shore Excursion desk keeps incredibly limited hours so for the few hours that they were open, the lines blocked the flow down one entire side of the atrium. But again...that's my only complaint on the ship.
