Our 34th cruise on 4 different cruise lines. We are young retirees who stay up while any live musicians are performing and then go to the disco.

Like most passengers on Galveston cruises we drove to the ship. Parking is OK and the check in/boarding was pretty standard but the line to go through security was quite long. They really need more metal detectors. The cruise checkin itself was quite efficient.

The suite was ready when we got onboard and the luggage showed up in good time. The cabin attendant did an outstanding job. We would rarely see him. We would go out for a little bit and when we returned the room had been cleaned.

Grand Suite #1248

Everything worked. Plenty of space especially for a repositioning cruise. New flat panel TV with DVD player. Needs better balcony furniture.
