We loved leaving out of Baltimore and our overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were able to check-in early on Friday, and had the whole day and evening to explore the Inner Harbour. We walked til we dropped but enjoyed every minute of our stay in Baltimore. We left the hotel on Saturday at 11:30 am and were at the port in 10 minutes.

Check in was crowded but with priority check in we were on board within 30 minutes. Rooms were not ready til 1:30, so explored the ship and had lunch in the buffet which was underwhelming. Staff was very friendly and helpful and although the ship showed some wear we really liked the ship and size. We generally cruise on the larger ships, with 2,500 to 3,000 passengers. There were large stains on the carpets near the stairwells at the front of the ship. It appeared to be from a leak of some sort, maybe from wet weather or lengthening of the ship?

Our balcony stateroom was fine, with plenty of storage. Our room steward was wonderful and always asked if he could get us anything. Room was always clean and stocked with clean towels. We enjoyed our towel animals each night. What really dated the room was the tiny TV, I would say maybe 12 inches that had to be the original from when the ship was built. Don't understand why it wasn't upgraded to a newer TV that were in the new additions on our deck. Shouldn't amenities be standard in all rooms in your class?
