Grand Caribbean Islander Cruise
Our background is in education and the travel trade. We used to run a travel agency that was a member of the Passenger Shipping Association Retail Agent scheme. We are experienced travellers.
We chose this cruise (a) to be somewhere warm in March for our ruby wedding anniversary and (b) to avoid all the hassle and hostility to which one is subjected if entering US territory.
Deck 10 "Baja" - No. B421- Type AC i.e." Mini suite with balcony".
Location midships.
There was a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There were two TVs, one visible from the bed and one from the settee in the sitting area.
The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and a shower in a separate cubicle. The WC and washbasin were in another "bath" room. The balcony was no wider than those for smaller cabins but it was twice as long.
