Ft Lauderdale terminal was disorganized with lines wrapped around terminal and spilling onto roadways. There has got to be a better way.

The bar, wait staff, and crew were generally inattentive and not friendly. I wondered if there was some behind the curtain issues.

Dining room service was terrible. We had anytime dining and lines/waits were long. The dining room was noisy. I waited for an ice water refill, and I finally got up to get it myself. Food in the dining room was uninspired, and we gave up after two nights. My favorite was "mystery" chicken morsels that were over cooked to the point of being uneatable.
