This one may be long, but bear with me.

Getting on the ship: No problem, took about 20 minutes, went to the buffet and rooms were ready at 2 p.m.

Drill: About 3:45, went to the dining area where we were assigned, in and out in just a few minutes. Didn't have to lug life jackets. Very pleasant.
