We sailed on the Norwegian Sun on January 1st. We had a penthouse suite. The VIP check in was messed up by a NCL employee who did not know what planet he was on and left us standing in line for an hour. Once we checked in and was escorted to lunch by the butler things were looking better. Our room was very nice especially the large balcony with lounge chairs. Our butler service was a real treat and was very professionally carried out.

We ate once in the dining area that did not cost extra and that was enough. The speciality restaurants were very nice and accommodating. Food,atmosphere and service was great there.
