We left on New Year's Day from Port Canaveral on our first ever cruise on the Norwegian Sun. Our group was comprised of myself, my husband and our 18 year old son.

We stayed in a pool deck (11) mini-suite and it had more than enough room for the 3 of us. Lots of storage space and a huge bath room and closet. The pool deck was very convenient for several of the restaurants and of course the pool and spa. It was also very quiet and I was surprised that there wasn't more motion that close the front of the ship. I am prone to sea sickness but only felt mildly queasy one morning despite the daily dose of Bonine but it passed quickly once I had something to eat.

We loved everything about the cruise including the ports of Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Martin. The crew was amazing and our cabin attendant, Melchor was great, keeping our room tidy and leaving towel creatures for us most nights.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Huge walkin closet, big bathroom with large tub and toilet in separate room. Nice sink with lots of storage space and separate vanity area. Large bed (King) that was very comfortable. Sofa bed was between full/queen size and was also comfortable. Balcony fit 3 upright chairs and a small table easily. Very quiet location that is convenient to a lot of restaurants including the buffet and pool and spa area.
