Cabin: Grand Suite

We had 2 Grand Suites (connecting) for a family cruise. Weather was gorgeous and the sea was calm during the entire cruise. We visited Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Montego Bay. They have installed nice flat screen TVs in the Grand Suites. The Voyager is in terrific shape; they are maintaining her very well in all areas.

We have never been around a more consistently friendly crew. They seemed to enjoy being on the ship. If you are lucky enough to have Noel for a cabin steward, you are guaranteed superb service.

Royal Caribbean has improved in many areas. The C&A Value Booklets have been reworked and improved. We still miss the complimentary Johnny Rockets, but they offer a milkshake BOGO instead. We liked the internet and photo coupons. The casual portrait photographer rose to the extreme challenge of making us look good. Also they have stopped showering the cabin with annoying leaflets and advertising for services and sales on the ship. This has to cut down on the paper waste and labor involved - good job, RCCL.
