Excellent experience. Food was wonderful. We did not eat at any specialty places, and were happy with the buffet and "The Taste" restaurant.
Ports of call were okay for any first time visitors, we stayed close to the ship on port days. Had the best massage ever. Very professional. Getting on and off the boat was a breeze.
Epic has failed to solve the "hoarding" of lounge chairs. They said they have a 30 minute rule on leaving the chairs unattended, but we had trouble finding chairs open at seven am.
We love to walk and run in the mornings, but Epic only had a short one side deck spot with life boats blocking any view to the ocean.
All in all, we were well satisfied with NCL and all customer service. Room was very nice. Quiet. I do suggest a room toward the middle of the ship, or slightly to the front. Also with rooms above and below you for added sound protection.
Love the Free Style concept.
