Sail Date: Dec 2010

We left on Dec 18th for a special five day cruise on the Dream. This was our first cruise together so we were real excited to this getaway.

I am unable to comment on the embarkation process due to the fact that we had an unforeseen airport delay before arriving to Orlando. We had purchased the pre and post cruise transfers, which I would highly recommend. We were lucky enough that a Carnival transporter were there looking for platinum guests so arrived to Port Canaveral with only minutes left.

Since we left without our luggage, our next stop was at Guest Services. I can't express enough gratitude for the service they provided us. They eased us and enjoyed the start of our cruise. Our luggage was sent the next day to Bahamas and in our cabin by 5:00 before dinner.
