Check in was very swift and easy.
This was our 8th Christmas cruise so we knew what to expect. Last Christmas we were on the Solstice. The Equinox is almost exactly the same ship. Very modern and well laid out. But also really big so if your not up to lots of walking a smaller ship may be better.
Our cabin was a Sky Suite aft corner on deck 10. Very well appointed and had tons of storage. Loved the extra large port hole window where each of us spent some time watching the ocean go by. Our cabin stewards and butler were great. They did their jobs without ever bothering us. And seemed eager to please with any request.
