We will never cruise with Princess again. This was by far the worst cruise we've ever experienced. Two ports of call were cancelled, Princess Cays and Isla Margarita, one port was shortened to the point we only had time to go on our excursion. Didn't have time to see the town or shop at all.

The service at dinner was slow and caused us to be late to the shows. My husband drinks iced tea every night and the assistant never anticipated that. He would ask every night what my husband wanted to drink. It would take some time to get it and we always had to ask for refills. You would think they would bring a pitcher and be ready for that after seeing the pattern every night. We felt the attention we received at dinner was very poor. We had the late seating. Two of our dinner companions complained and got moved to the Open Seating. The food was bland, not much seasoning. A few dinners were very good but desserts were not flavorful. I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my tastebuds until we got off the ship and had a great meal in St. Thomas.

We dined at the Steakhouse ($15 per person) and it wasn't much better. My filet was overcooked and dry, no flavor. My husband's Porterhouse was better.
