This was my second cruise with Carnival(first was on the Carnival Conquest)-my fiance's second. We arrived in Tampa a day early and spend the night at a hotel. Embarkation was fairly hectic but overall not bad :)

Thought that the decor was a little old and tacky. Was had a buffet style lunch and then made our way down to our balcony room. Enjoyed the free samples that were in the bathroom.

Do your research before hand when booking the cruise excursions. We booked all of of ours online from a private agency. Was a lot more cost efficient and we still had a lot of fun. In Belize they have a free beach that is right off of the ship and we booked an excursion that was a beach break. If we had known about the free beach we would of never spend that extra money.
