This was my first cruise so I don't have any other cruise to compare it to, but overall it was EXCELLENT! This was a friends and family reunion cruise. My husband, myself and our son had an ov room and space was very adequate and never an issue. The two beds were pushed together to make one for me and my husband, and our 4 year old son slept on the bed that came out of the ceiling and he loved it! We never had a problem with him falling out of it and he is a pretty wild sleeper.

Embarkation: Was not a problem at all. We flew into FL the day of the cruise which I will NEVER do again as we were so tired from flying all night that all we wanted to do when we boarded the ship was go to sleep. We arrived at the cruise terminal at about 11:00. we were on the ship by noon. it was not a problem at all. We used the Adventure Ocean youth program every day, as well as the after hours babysitting. Our son simply loved it and he never wanted to be with mommy or daddy.

I know a lot of people say RCI is the more laid back ship and Carnival the party ship, but we had a blast on this ship. We went to the disco every night in the Viking Crown lounge and had a ball. several members of our group would close it down nightly.
