We Boarded the ship in Miami and found the entire process OK. No big surprises, no long lines. Our lower cabins were ready and nice. The bathroom was a pleasant, surprise, larger than expected. Bed was roomy and comfortable. Our steward Shetty was a constant presence, excellent service. We had purchased the cocktail package, so we enjoyed a bon voyage margarita on deck.

We did experience some problems with our reservations made online for on-board activites: dinners, spa, etc. We checked on them immediately and were corrected, nothing was missed. Friends cruising with us got their children set up in the kids club and said it was a breeze and simple. We ate in the main dining room and found the food and service excellent. Special orders for picky kids were handled with-out a hitch. The wine steward was prompt and knowledgeable. It seemed though that they may have been a man short in our area as the table was not cleared in good time.

The children, even the oldest found something to do all the time. Between the pool, play rooms and scheduled activites, we only saw them at meal times. We did dine at Murano, the ships premium spot and it was 5 star all the way. Each course was better than the last. It was romantic, intimate and classic: KUDO'S.
