Our deal: We had a fantastic experience in October '09 aboard the Carnival Freedom. We decided to book a cruise on the Liberty for a Dec 2010 cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. As most people would be, were were excited for this cruise. With such a positive experience the first time, we couldn't imagine there would be any issues. We talked it up so much that my best friend came along with us. It was her first cruise.

We used this site as well as the cruise line site to help us plan. We read through the reviews. Many of the negative ones pointed out the behavior, dress and physical appearance of fellow cruisers. We figure, you fixate on what everyone else is doing, you are bound to have a poor time! We laughed those off and booked anyhow. People are entitled to their opinions afterall.
