My wife and I live in Florida and go on cruises 2-3 times a year.Carnival gives you the best bang for your buck, the food is OK,the rooms are bigger then most and the ports they visit are as good as all the rest.

Going on Carnival you are going to get what you pay for,it is not 1st class, but it is on par with some of the others.

Getting on the ship in Miami is well organised and the lines move very quickly. The staff at the port is very friendly and helpful. The only problems that slow the process down are with travelers who do not have the proper paperwork and documentation ready at the port.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Our cabin was quite large, plenty of storage, large balcony, comfy bed.

The TV was questionable, could hardly see it from most angles. We were told we had a DVD in our cabin so we brought some movies to watch .There is only so much of the Denver news you can stand. When we got to the cabin there was no DVD and none for use or rent.I wouldn't care if only that I called Carnival and was told that for sure there would be a DVD in the room.

For those 1st time cruisers the only local TV shows you get are for some reason from Denver.
