It's been a week and I wish we were back on the Jewel! By far the best cruise yet! Our balcony cabin 10048 was great! Plenty of room for the three of us. When the pull out bed was out it was cramped, difficult to get to the balcony, however if you just push in the foot of the pull out, you have enough room to access the balcony without crawling over the bed, and it was still long enough for our DD to be sleeping on it. Nothin like a balcony at night with the moon shining on the water and the stars twinkling overhead!Another plus with thebalcony, leaving ports the Harbour Master's pilot boat would follow us out and then the Harbour Master climbs/hops back onto the pilot boat when we are far enough out, my DD loved seeing that (so did I)! Also returning to NYC, it was sunrise so it was beautiful to see the sun come up with the city in the distance. Of course going under the Verazzano Bridge is cool as you are sure the boat isn't going to fit and will loose the top!

Our cabin was immaculate! Room stewards, Humberto and Ludwig thank you! They went out of thier way to make our cruise comfortable. Every morning and evening they rearranged mydaughters four stuffed dogs around the cabin and balcony along with different towel animals. My DD loved it!

One other thing with the balcony, we moved the rectangle table from the cabin out there and made even more room plus had a another table for drinks, books, binoculars on the balcony.

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Great storage space! More than plenty of room for the three us for our clothes and personal items. Bathroom is small but streamlined. Loved the shower head on a hose that you can leave on the hook or take off and use hand held. Balcony more spacious than I expected. Room for two chairs, the small round balcony able, and the rectangular table from our cabin, we put it out there for more room when the pull out was pulled out. With all that on the balcony you could still be out there and have room for two more people to stand. Loved it! Now I want a balcony all the time!
