My husband and I recently returned from the November 7 - November 14 Western Mediterranean Cruise aboard the beautiful Norwegian Jade with stops in Monte Carlo, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples, and Palma de Mallorca. When we were planning our vacation for this year, the only thing we knew was that we wanted to visit Italy. I looked into land tours and cruises and finally made the decision to book a cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line for many reasons. This was not our first cruise with Norwegian, and we will sail with them again. We thoroughly enjoy the freestyle cruising. What this means is, "Freestyle Cruising is all about giving you the freedom of choice to have your style of vacation. Relax or be adventurous. Eat a burger or filet. Dress up or go casual. And never have a fixed schedule or restriction to slow you down. It's your vacation, so make sure it's exactly what you've been daydreaming about. " NCL really goes against the grain in this respect. You eat where you want, when you want, what you want and, most importantly, you can wear what you want!
