Excellent cruise program: from Quebec to Ft Lauderdale via Canada, Boston, N-Y, the Bermudes, and Fflorida: 7 stops in total
but:
- Charlottetown was replaced by Halifax, absolutely UNinteresting
- Due to wrong manouevre on departure Bermuda, delay and arrival at Cape
Canaveral at 2pm, with departure at 6pm = no time for raisonable visit
-Cabins (superior balcony:) very luxury , spacefull and tastefull decoration
-Staff:all asians exceptionnaly kind , polite and helpfull
-Organistion: perfect on board and on ground (US immagration in a minimum record time!)
-Food: european style, very good, a lot of choice (bf/diner)
-Entertainment at the theater: disappointing (the musicians playing in the bars
do the performing also on stage), except one Gospel singer boarded in N-Y
-Captain's cocktails(VIP, Costa CLUB, Anniversary/honey moon): ridiculous, below acceptable standards: all invitees sit down in the theater, get a fast drink, a very short speech by the captain (reading his text) and ...that's it!
Better do nothing.
Photos: every night at the restaurant, cocktail a.s.o: too much is too much!
And who wants to pay 14€ for 1 picture?
Passengers: at this time of the year, mostly over 50,upper middle class,(many europeans) = very ageable (well behaving, well educated).
Wifi: promised in the cabins, but too signal is too weak, so at 10€ per hour
one spends 3/4 time waiting for connection...
BUT, all by all, a very nice cruise thanks to the confort of the cabin, the kindness of the satff, the itinerary, the food and the SUPER organisation.
Will try Costa next (third) time again.
