Any passengers who spent a good bit of this cruise seasick, are probably not going to have quite as cheery of a review as mine. My husband & I were fortunate, didn't get seasick or even a bruise on the "Hurricane/Tropical Storm Tomas" cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas. I can't fault RCL for rough seas, high winds, or lack of sunshine.

Crew/Staff - The bus driver & baggage handlers forgot to unload some of the luggage at the Baltimore Port for 16 in our group, so we had only what was in our carry on bags until we got to San Juan. No fault of RCL, but they were very helpful - gave hubby a free tux rental so we could do formal night, some t-shirts, store discounts, toiletries, free laundry, etc. & worked with our tour coordinator to get the luggage to us at first port. Staff overall competent & very friendly. Even the Captain (although was his last trip, moving to another ship) was more personable than on other cruises we were on.

The ship - Last ship we were on was an "almost brand new" Carnival ship. EOS is not a new ship & you can definitely see some wear or aging here & there. But it was clean. Easier to keep a new ship sparkling, so I was impressed with the Housekeeping/Cleaning - particularly with our Cabin Steward Jose's efforts.

Cabin Review

Deck 2 - 2102 outside - near elevators, convenient & no problem with noise from elevator. Probably a good near mid ship low level room for those who may get seasick. Toilet problems on deck 2 on that side a few hours, but fixed.
