Ship Facts: MSC Sinfonia Review (by Cruise Critic!) | MSC Sinfonia Deck Plans
As a 3 times a year cruiser with 13 cruises MSC never again.
Having taken a plane to Nice and then a coach to Genoa in Italy, to the ship!!

We arrived to find a cold buffet,no water and no coffee or tea.

there is no tea or coffee or WATER available for the rest of the day.

No water on the dinner table, no coffee after diner. you could buy a bottle for

£6.00 or a coffee for £5,00 !! no drinks for 24 hours !!

The breakfast was always cold and the lunch was not much better.

You cannot see the very poor shows because the armchairs block your view. [you are not missing anything anyway]

All the ports of call were on a Sunday, so nothing was open!!

The Italian food did not come forth. What they called pizza WELL! not edible.

If you don't smoke, don't go.................................................

We were so pleased to get to Cape Town and get off. They collected our suitcases at 2.30 until 3.30 am and woke everybody up. They also broke our two brand new suitcases, the handle & base of my husbands, and the base of mine. 18 people lost their cases from the ship to the dock!

Everything aboard was so expensive from the drinks to the shops. I think this company is in trouble. TAKE IT FROM ME,

The music was adequate, but mostly backing tracks. KEEP AWAY FROM MSC ! ! !
