Trip started out very strange....We where to leave from Birmingham,Al at 8:00AM 11/5/10 and arrive Miami at 12:30 PM. When we got to the airport Delta told us flight delayed 1hour and 45 minutes ( later found out crew was at the hotel and overslept), so we changed Atlanta connections to Arrive Miami 2:45Pm...ship sails at 4:00pm. We arrived at the dock 3:20PM..Ncl was waiting for us few stragglers...boarding at this late time took 10minutes...but we cut it close,Dawn sail at about 4:15...

This was our 11th cruise since 2001, first on NCL. Our balcony stateroom was 9606 and our room steward was Anthony, he was always right there to help..Second day we noticed our balcony glass was very dirty on the outside as well as the inside, it was VERY DIRTY, mention this to Anthony and by sunset both sides where spotless....great Job Anthony.

We also had to deal with the tail end of Hurricane Tomas,on our 1st sea day en route to Samana, D.R...the captain choose to take an inside passage and we sail the whole day about 25+/- miles off Cuba to stay in calmer waters, this ride in the Hurricane was really not bad.
