Pros:
24 hours pool and hot tub (Pools/Hot Tubs on Carnival and Norwegian close early - around 6-8pm).
Indoor pool, hot tub and atrium. A very nice and relaxing setting.
Fantastic gym with superior trainers.
Great nightclub w/ GREAT staff. Thiago is the best!
Really comfortable seating outside the buffet.
Casino has very low limit tables ($3 minimum on Caribbean Stud Poker).
Cons:
Uncomfortable beds.
Bathroom doors in cabin do not latch open. In order to move between the closet/bath/sleeping areas, you had to keep opening and closing doors.
Location of nightclub was so far off the beaten path, most people did not even know it was there. There were also signs in the nightclub on tables that said no drinks purchased at other bars may not be brought into this bar. I thought this was really weird.
Really horrible Pizza.
Medical staff was condescending and rude. A simple request for a simple band aid due to a burn caused by a staff member turned into a backlash by the blond haired lady at the medical desk. She told me I needed to go buy them in the vending machine.
Minimal effort by staff to create a party atmosphere (minimal themed parties etc.)
Poor internet connection offered at outrageous prices.
Steam room that does not produce any steam. It is more like a wet sauna.
Locks on gym lockers are not secure. I found someone else's clothes in my locker more than once. It appears the lockers keys will work on several different lockers.
