We landed in Amsterdam but without luggage for 5 days. Cruise line (viking) took good care of us and assisted us in getting luggage 5 days later. Program Director provided great assistance/services like free long distance phone calls to airlines, laundry and other needed help. Well Done Joe! Food on board was excellent as was dining room services. Trip visits were excellent but too short in each port, but time was limited and we knew this before travelling. Rooms were good, clean and enough space for short trip (14 days). Crew members/dining room/reception persons spoke English and had great attitudes, service oriented. On board entertainment was OK and bar services speedy and lots of options. Wine at dinner was guaranteed at 2 glasses per person but turned out to be free and unlimited for all evening dinners. Crew seemed to want to do a lot of " extra" free services in order to please clients. Well done!

Not much to complain about except that due to large size of ship, many docking were not "down-town" and so busing had to be used to local towns. Tours were mostly included and local guides proved to be knowledgeable, with all good speaking English. Internet access was "spotty" and web site access needs more clarity. Many could not get on the web using their procedure. Too complicated. Overall, a great experience but not perfect. However, we felt that they were really trying to do a great/better job. Boat vibrations at night caused some sleep problems. Side thrusters I believe caused the vibrations. Next to no wave problems at all. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner (looked a bit dirty or stained)? Shower slide rod, had to be adjusted twice as it kept slipping down.
