Sail Date: Oct 2010

We boarded the ship some two weeks after hearing the Watchdog reviews. We were not expecting very much how wrong we were. The ship was spotless it could not have been cleaner if they had tried. Yes furnishings may have been dated but what does this matter if it is clean?

Staff were 100% friendly and helpful. Always had a welcome smile on their faces and made you feel special.

We had a minor complaint - so minor not even worth mentioning but we decided to let customer services know. We received a phone call from a senior member of staff and complimentory Champagne & Strawberries coated in chocolate. A lovely gesture which was not required due to the triviality of our complaint.

Cabin Review

Cabin SU

Perfect in every way. Quiet but central to most amenities, I had two Sofa's, Colour TV & DVD player, Fridge stocked with most drinks, peanuts, crips and chocolate (yes we had to pay for them) Writing desk. Walk in Wardrobe, Jacuzzi Bath, Shower, WC etc. 6ft Bed, Further wardrobes and the lounge was full of cupboards and drawers galore. Several Coffee tables & lamps. General lighting could be as dim or as bright as you wished. Full length mirrors. Serviced at least twice a day sometimes more.

Friendly Cabin Boy always greeted us with a huge smile, he made you feel like you were his only passengers.
