Great itinerary -Barcelona, Provence, Florence/Pisa, Rome, Naples, Venice, Dubrovnik and Corfu. All the ports were fabulous. Ship seemed a little tired - hot tub in Solarium was closed entire trip. Food and shows were good. Chec k out the Seaview Cafe on deck 13 for good panini, pizza and pasta for lunch or late night snack. Service from most staff was excellent - especially Ferdi and Ronaldo in the dining room. A complaint was that customer service staff did not seem to know basic information about the ports and specifically transport from the dock areas. Spa was OK - as a couple we booked 4 treatments and my masseuse was pretty inexperienced. Girlfriend liked hers. Gym OK - small but not used extensively by the relatively older clientele on this cruise.

Spent a couple of days in Barcelona before the cruise. Stayed at the Marina View B&B. Great place right across from the Marina and the port and just arounf the corner from Las Ramblas. Paddy, the Marina View manager, is a kick. Super location, great value and great rooms.

Disappointed in Toulon from a location perspective - ship docked in Marepole which is 45 minutes from Toulon. Traffic getting out of and returning to port area was terrible. RC apparently saving money by docking at this distant port but it takes 90 minutes out of the day to get out of there and back.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin was fine. We opted to save some money by booking am inside cabin in the middle of the ship on deck nine. We spent very little time in the cabin - when we slept or to shower/change - as we were on excursions or in elsewhere in the ship otherwise.
