This was our 7th Princess cruise and it was most disappointing.
FOOD: Unimaginative and bland. I generally order fish; white fish was the most common offered and would have been ok if it had some seasoning. The same vegetables, rice and potatoes were on the menu; again, no flavor.
IMMIGRATION CHECK: This was the worst. There were only 2 officers checking 2000 US citizens. The officers were 30 min late and the line extended from the Fusion Room to the Princess Theater. The time given to be in line meant nothing. It took an over an hour to get cleared. Several Princess tours were held up and cut short. If you had an independent morning tour, you missed it.
TENDER SERVICE: Only 4 tenders for all passengers (3000). Given a number when entering dining room and wait for your number was 45-60 minutes. Again, affecting your tours.
ENTERTAINMENT: No movies offered in Princess Theater only MUTS. Princess Theater holds 800 - with 3000 passengers you had to get to theater an hour before show and WAIT.
OVERALL: The ports visited were very nice. We would not take a ship of this size in the future; too many logistical nightmares. Food needs to be greatly improved; quality was good, but preparation needs more taste and variation.
