Embarkation: Best yet of all cruises because we were Diamond we were moved to front of line at 11 a.m. and first on board by 11:15 a.m.
Crew: Best yet of all cruises.. even though she is an older ship and redone the crew is extremely dedicated and really friendly. We did a b2b2b2b and by 3rd leg all management knew us by first name basis. Eric the Hotel manager, Sherry and Sarah(guest relations managers) and Rene and Michele(Loyalty) were outstanding!
Dining: Food was good as menu for RCI has been same for many cruises now so no big surprises...I did kid our waiter one night about banana splits and somehow he made one for my DH which was neat...We were invited to dine with Capt Hansen one night which was a first for us. Met Mike M,(facilities manager) and Curt(room steward manager) both were great!
Rooms: We had a JS and got upgraded on last leg to GS which was a treat. Room Steward Austin, Teddy and Madonna were gracious and friendly(again best yet).
Ports: Have been to CoCocay before so enjoyed the ship as almost everyone went ashore and spent time at an enjoyable empty pool. Nassau was ok as first time we have been there...not much to see as we did a tour with a local gentleman and the tour was great. Key West: What can we say we love Key West!
Entertainment: SoSo except for RCI singers and dancers..again the guys and girls were the hit of the entertainment and we could watch them every night. Well Done Singers and Dancers...
Debarkation: Again best yet as we had number 1 and selected to get off at 8. We were off ship at 8:10 and could not believe the ease of getting luggage, customs and all in all ease. Well Done RCI staff.
