I am so angry with some of these reviews... We almost cancelled our vacation because of some of the crazy things people wrote on this site.

First let me say that we have cruised RCC, Disney and now NCL. This was our 5th cruise, so we are not experts...yet...

Getting onto the ship in Miami was a breeze, we parked at an off site garage and was taken to the port via a van. We were dropped off with our luggage and a porter was waiting to take our bags. We immediately went inside the port, got in line, was at the desk within 10 minutes and on the ship we went. Read more
