First of all, let's get the bad news out of the way...
The luggage took 2 hours to arrive to the room, we didn't visit 2 of the ports that we should of and the Captain insists on making very annoying annoucements. Also there are no formal sittings which can make the evening meal a bit of a trial, especially when trying to get a table.
