Where to start. First of all let me say that no matter what anybody else says about the Dream boat you have to see it for yourself. Embarkation was a breeze. Arrived around 9 am, bags tagged and off to costums. After filling out the "have you been sick" forms directed to the next customer service agent which took around 10 min maxs. Sat down for about 5 min and then they started boarding. We where zone 7 and before 11 we where on the boat looking for food to eat. Everyone was very helpful pointing out directions to the LIDO deck for food. Rooms where ready by 1:30pm and bags arrived before 8pm. First night at dinner we meet our wonderful wait staff..Andy form Phillippines and Witeriyanthi (can not remember where she is from right now). These two smiled every minute of each dinner and even in the morning when we say Witeriyanthi at breakfast she was so sweet. We wanted to take them both home but everyone knows how customs is. LOL
Now onto the boat itself. Very pretty, very clean, the staff is cleaning 24/7. Adult serenity is nice but it was so hot that you had to sit closer to a pool. (No pool even around it) Pools where nice usually the pool in the back of the boat was less crowded but both are kinda small.
Butch and Baby Butch are the best. They both are always around and having fun with each guest. If you stay in your cabin all the time, then NO you will never see them, but if you have fun doing all the activities which go all every minute of the day then YES you will see them.
Smell....the awful smell that everyone was talking about we smelled one time right before we left Port Canaveral, but never the rest of the cruise.
Ports...there is so much to do with in walking distence that there is no need in booking a excurision unless you want to go to the beach.
Over all great vacation and looking forward to next years Western Caribbean.
