This is the 2nd cruise we have been on, but the first with the Azamara Quest. We much prefer the idea of the smaller boat...700-900 passengers is ideal!!
From the very moment we stepped on board and greeted by charming staff i just knew we would enjoy this boat. There is without doubt an incredible attention to detail in ensuring customer service and satisfaction. When we made special requests the staff and officers were only to happy to deliver, and quickly too.
You could detect the staff had a great relationship with the officers in command. and this reflected in a very happy environment, but at the same time highly efficient operation.
The quality and choice of food in both the formal dining and buffet dining rooms was excellent. The standard of cuisine was first class, it could not of been bettered in a 5 star london restaurant. Even individual choices away from the menu was catered for without any hesitation.
We were a group of 10 and without exception everybody agreed it was difficult to be critical of any aspect on the quality of service. The staff were wonderful!!
When talking to other passengers, particularly those who cruise often, it was clear from their comments this cruise ship rates very highly, and often considered the best they had experienced.
We will certainly choose Azamara again when hopefully we next book another cruise
Finally the fact that gratuities, soft drinks, tea/coffee, 24 hr food ,room service and good quality wine for both lunch and dinner was inclusive in the price you paid made a significant saving.
