Select dining turned out to be a good choice. WE usually went for a sharing table of 6 or 8 and met a great cross section of our fellow passengers. If you like to chat over a meal this is the best choice as you do not tire of your tablemates. The waiters were marvellous and helped us with special diabetic requirements.

The shows were both exciting and disappointing. The noise levels whatever Celebrity say are far to high for the average age group of the passengers. The slack rope walker in the Eclipse show is one of the best acts I have ever seen on a cruise. You have to be lucky with the speciality acts as they vary from cruise to cruise.

Cabins are spacious and comfortable but drawer space is limited. If you are tall you can use the cupboards above the bed. My wife could not reach them.

Bathrobes are provided and large deck towels to use on the balcony.

Major gripe is the smoking permitted in SKy More lounge, one of the best spaces on the ship.

In my opinion too much good space is given over to the speciaty restaurants which are only used in the evening. Why not use one of these as a bridge room by day. Nice windows, card room has no view at all.

Ocean view cafe can get very crowded at times. We often went to the restaurant.

Cruise staff are great. Do not miss Carls 3 talks on Titanicor Danny Bergs uinventive quizzes. Less

Near elevators. Not enough drawers. Quiet location.

Port and Shore Excursions

Always love this city but beware of pickpockets.

If you have been up the rock all that remains is Shopping, shopping, shopping.

We just like to stroll around the city. Do not miss the elevator to the upper city or the period tramcars.

Really wanted to put Toulon but could not find it on the list.

Great port on the Cote d'Azure

Great port, we stayed overnight.

Best place to visit in my opinion is Santiago de Compostela. A unique experience.
