Sail Date: Aug 2010
Cabin: Large Ocean View Stateroom

We just returned from the 5 night "Enchantment of the Seas" cruise to Bermuda, which left Baltimore on August 21st.

Embarkation: This was definitely the best that we have encountered. We have cruised from Port Liberty, NJ, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and NYC and this was organized and smooth. Everyone we encountered was helpful and there were NO PROBLEMS. Our luggage was in our stateroom (deck 4, Cabin 4060-a really great location) at 1:30 PM, which was fast.

We had a great time leaving port and enjoyed every bit of the sailing out to the Atlantic Ocean from Baltimore. True, the EOS is showing signs of age, but all areas in our room and 95% of the ship was neat and very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful.
