I was truly excited to try this free style cruising until I learned that at each of their restaurants ,except two, charge an extra free to dine there from $10-$25 extra plus drinks. The food was okay most times. One or two entrees were served cold . The service was lacking. There really weren't many options for sugar free or low fat entrees.I did see almost most plates included some kind of potato usually french fries. These restaurants were not usually kid friendly. The severs had to run to another restaurant to get our grandchildren apple juice or kids food.
Around the kids pool is a tiled area,which when its wet is dangerous to any one especially children. My grandson did slip and if it wasn't for my husband he would have had a serious injury.The under two zoo was an conference room with toys placed in it. At one point the children's camp had over 36 children with one person running it.Very disappointed.
Pools were over crowded, many pool chairs were ripped,then there is the factor there wasn't enough pool chairs,along the deck many banisters were missing. Of course there is the factor that an engine blew on this ship. Lets talk maintenance!!Thank goodness no one was hurt.

Family Penthouse with Large Balcony
The suite was great except for the second bed. We had to ask for them to make it a double bed and make it sleep-able. The main bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom was great with the shower , double sinks and tub. The only thing I didn't like was the see through bathroom door. The robe was luxurious. The room could of been cleaner but the service of the butler was fantastic.He always gave us fresh fruit every day. The concierge was always coming to see us where ever we were to see if we needed anything.The service of these two men was fantastic.I feel they made this trip one of the best.
