Embarkation was a little slow due to being helped by a new person who was still in training but overall easy. We got there about 1:30 and boarded about 2:45 p.m.

Our first impression of the ship was absolute awe! (Our first cruise!) The ship was well kept, we saw workers cleaning all the time. Our cabin was nice, there was four of us, we had plenty of room for all of our belongings. The bathroom was bigger than I expected, and there was lots of samples left for us.

My 7 yr old son, and 9 yr old nephew loved Camp Carnival, they had lots of activities for the kids. Our only complaint, they are only open for certain blocks of time and that can get very annoying when you want to do/see something, so plan accordingly. The arcade was also a favorite. They loved the pool slide also.
