Ok folks, took a while to unwind but I'm back with my review for my second Carnival Cruise... My review is in no particular order. Hubby and I got a flight going to Florida on American, not bad...good flight, it was about 5 hours.

When we got there we rented a car from Avis; when we got to the counter they told me that my reservation was cancelled but they were able to pull up my cancelled reservation and reopen it and so I got the reservation price I originally made. I must've cancelled it by accident while browsing other rental sites...by the way, I recommend this if your coming into Orlando a day or so before the cruise sets sail...It worked out for us. We also rented a car back to the airport from Budget...easy no hassles...had about 3-4 hours to kill before our flight..NO ONE was in line.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Cocoa Beach...the hotel was ok. But I didn't like the fact that they had an ANT problem. They were everywhere; other than that there was a cool super surf store next door and we were able to see a Mayweather Fight that night at a local cinema which we wanted to see BADLY being that we are boxing fans. We bought wine in the little individual bottles and beer and packed it in a box and taped our room tags on the box and it was delivered to our room ...easy. Note - the little individual bottles of merlot, we were able to take to dinner on the ship and they didn't charge us anything because there was no corkage on the bottles. The couple next to us thought that was a great idea and we ended up bring a few more for them the next night.
