I am an experienced traveler and have been on approximately 19-20 cruises on Royal, Holland America, Princess, etc. I decided to treat my three Nephews to a cruise and picked Carnival based on an advertised kid friendly cruise and the ratings from Cruise Critic. I was originally reluctant to sail on Carnival based on its prior reputation of an animal house type atmosphere. I found my Carnival Cruise to be just the opposite. The cruise exceeded my expectations.

The Cruise Ship was extremely family friendly and safe. The ship was extremely clean and the service and food was better then Royal Caribbean (which I am a Diamond member). The head waiter introduced herself and knew our names which is a nice touch.

The entertainment was top notch and the cruise director was very professional and friendly.
