Overall, the NCL cruise was great and I'd sail with NCL again.

Embarking and disembarking were unremarkable. Typical wait time and lines. Leaving/arriving out of NYC port was confusing as compared to other ports, simply due to traffic, security, and lack of space.

We had a mini-suite which made sharing the room with two teens and LOTS of luggage so much better than the typical balcony room. The room was a bit larger, the balcony was very nice, the storage and closet were ample, and the bathroom was a very good size with separate toilet area and full sized tub/shower. The beds were small and not as comfortable. Our cabin steward was fantastic in keeping the room orderly and clean. They made towel animals every night that were very creative and brought us feather pillows at our request even though this was not an option for our room category.

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M1

Cabin 11156 was an AFT balcony mini-suite. Great space, storage, and bath.
