What can I say? We feel totally let down and misinformed by First Choice/Thomson and Island. we booked it last minute and were struggling to get anywhere in the week we had off work at the price we wanted to pay. We were advised by First Choice to go on this cruise as we had never cruised before and it was a good introduction. Wrong.. The mistake we made was not researching it as we always do. We took the word of a sales rep, something we never do. Never again! The only way anyone would get us back on this ferry is in two's if it was renamed Noah's Ark and our lives depended on it due to worldwide floods.. But then again it wouldn't stand up to mother nature...

Embarkation

We arrived at Palma and we have no complaints over the flight, transfer or embarkation as it went smoothly. The staff at the reception desk were very nice throughout our cruise and directed us to our cabin.. We looked out and saw 3 real Cruise Ships docked. I couldn't help but think the people on them must have been laughing at our ferry. Sorry it needs removing from service as a Cruise liner. I can't believe thomson put their name to this.. Oh! Sorry my mistake they just own it and make from it, they don't actually put their name on it, it remains an Island cruise. First Choice don't even put their name on the ship and they launched the venture in 2002. This tells me alot.
