We made our own travel arrangements to Barcelona and had an extra day there which was plenty of time to take in all the main sights. We paid 25 euros from the airport to the hotel in the city centre and then got taxis around to the points of interest wanted to see ... Sagrada Familia, Nou Camp Football Ground, Magic Fountain (at night) and Las Ramblas. Travelling around by Taxi is a great way to see so much that the city has to offer.

We took a taxi from the hotel to the Cruise Terminal which cost 25 euros (3 people and 3 cases) which seemed over the top seeing as we had paid the same from the airport but the driver talked about "Port Surcharges"???

Embarkation was fast at 11am - on line completion of the Sea Pass certainly speeds things up and we went straight onto the ship and took up a position in the Windjammer and had lunch whilst our cabin was being prepared which was about 1pm.

Cabin N

Excellent cabin choice - same deck as Guest Services, Minstrel dining room and Centrum bar! Equidistant between 2 sets of lifts - ideal for Pacifica Theatre end too! Quiet location and was more than adequate for 3.
