Background Information:
DH and I are in our 40's and have cruised frequently (26 total) mostly on Princess, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. Cuisine and service are among our top priorities, and we think that Celebrity is tops in these areas among mainstream cruise lines. We have previously cruised on Horizon-, Century- and Millennium-class ships on Celebrity, but this was our first experience with the Solstice class.
