In most respects the cruise and the ship itself were fantastic!
BUT - We booked 3 excursions which were cancelled before they started (one due to weather therefore understandable, but the other cancelled for 'technical' - unexplained - reasons) and a 4th (which was the source of irritation) was aborted because of incidents which were capable of being anticipated. As a result we lost more than half of the port time. More than anything we were annoyed at the attitude of the excursion staff on board at the time, and even worse the attitude of the so-called Customer Relations dept after we returned.
We have cruised several times; the only source of complaint we ever have is the lack of efficiency, and high cost, of excursions. Together these factors ruin many trips.
