This was out first time cruise. Went with another couple. We stayed at the Residence Inn in Port Canaveral and the stay was awesome. The service was great and so was the food. The shuttle was on time and got us to the ship with no problems.
Boarding the ship was painless and very quick actually. They kept everyone moving as quick as possible. Everyone was so polite and very helpful to us. As for those who smoke as we do to. There are places you can smoke and they keep it very clean. I respect those who don't and we tried to smoke away from the non - smokers.
We were there with the High Seas Rally Group. So we had plenty to do with them as well. Days at sea were fun, miniature golf & rock climbing. Hot tubs on the top deck over looking the ocean. The bartenders were great entertainment & the music played by the pool was great to listen to while relaxing in the sun.
Breakfast and lunch buffet was the best. Great food and so much to choose from. The lines were not bad and the service was perfect. This cruise was sold out and we had no problems getting around anywhere we went.
They had a deli shop & pizza place open til 2am or later. The food was complimentary to anyone which was nice.
This cruise was exactly how we imagined it would be and better. We had so much fun during the evening dining. Our waiters were so much fun and so polite. The food was excellent. We sat at a table with all our friends which made it nice so we could dine together.
We stopped at 4 different ports and had a blast at each stop. Haiti is smaller and not a whole lot to do but i enjoyed it. They did have a zip line and water park and little shops all over. It was a nice experience. Jamaica, Grand Cayman & Mexico were awesome so much to do. The last day at sea we encountered a tropical storm. Pretty rough seas but no problems on the ship. They handled it well and we arrived back safely.
We're booking another cruise very soon and we're taking my son & his girl friend and going with 2 other couples. Can't wait! We wanted to get married through RC but seems to expensive to do it that way. All well we have a back up plan. We will go every year as long as we can with Royal Caribbean. Keep up the good work so we can continue to enjoy your ship.
