We left Miami on July 17 and returned on 24th. Have read many reviews. The bathroom situation is raised alot. It is not bad, but we felt it was a poorly designed sink, but it all worked well. Space to move around the room is a problem at foot of the bed. Balcony was fine, but everything was too small to let you comfortably eat a meal in your room. We had coffee, fruit and a roll every morning to start the day -- frequently sat on balcony.
Nothing was ever really so crowded that it was an issue unless you wanted to go down the EPIC Plunge(big slide) after 1030am. Main pool area is packed, but comfortable in adult area.
Entertainment was fine. We enjoyed the food and wait staff was great in restaurants. Normally ate breakfasat and lunch in buffet at Garden Cafe and all seven of our family usually had nice dinners in Manhattan and Taste -- same menu. One night in Cagneys and one night in Cirque de Dreams
We almost missed our final excursion. At 11am Captain announced we were going to bypass Nassau because of high winds. About 1215 he reversed his decision and we docked about 90 minutes late. Courageous captain. Other than that we had great weather during the days.
Embarkation and disembarkation went very well. Throughout the trip it did not seem like 4000 people on board. Congrats to NCL
Disappointed in the heavy smoking in casino and Osheehans area. Also surprised smoking allowed in rooms. We will probably not use NCL again, but it was good value and great programs for kids. Great vacation for our son and daughter-in-law
